Called up to inquiry about a part being installed that I have, respone was rude I understand if you can’t do it but no need to respond the way you did. Would have been nice to be offered the option of them getting the part in and doing it which I would have taken them up on however they showed terrible customer service In there tone and not offering to help at all

Great service everything is discussed before work is done on time and cost effective.
A friend recommended J&A to me, and they have been consistently great. My old car was running the most efficiently it ever has since going to these guys for servicing and repairs. They are honest, reliable, and always upfront about costs. Even though I live more than 30 minutes away and it is inconvenient for me to get there, the peace of mind they offer is well worth it.
