UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE!!! JUST THE PHONE CALL TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT (BECAUSE I SAW IT ON GROUPON) DETERRED ME FROM DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY NEED TO LEARN BASIC BUSINESS ETIQUETTE...LIKE HOW TO ANSWER THE PHONE & HOW TO TALK TO A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER; TO GET NEW BUSINESS. I CAN NOT DO BUSINESS WITH A MEDIOCRE COMPANY
Worst service. Or shall I say no service. I called last month to schedule an appointment for a vent cleaning. Purchased deal off Groupon and no one showed up. No calls, nothing. I called for days left messages and no answer. I could not get in contact with anyone. I had to end up getting a refund from Groupon. The deals on that site have always been great I've used them for years, this is the first time this has ever happened. DO NOT waste your time with this company!!!!
They are a scam on groupon . I have set up two appointments with them and I can't get anyone to come out to do the service I pay for the first time. The second time I may an appointment with the owner and he said he will be at my house at 9:00am but he never showed up. One guy show up one hour and half later. If I were you I wouldn't recommend to get this on groupon. Because they don't care about their customers.
