After a last minute cancellation of a ride from the dealership during a lengthy service for our Tundra, I was referred to the rental desk. While the employee was extremely busy, she made it a point of keeping me updated. On a Friday morning, Chasity(?) was able to locate an unclaimed vehicle and got me on my way and even walked me through the process of getting the best price possible (get a written referral). The car was great; it drove well, the AC was perfect, and the passengers enjoyed the backseat space. Chastity, my rental agent was super nice and helpful, personable and friendly, and very professional. I will definitely return to Allen Toyota when I need another rental.
