He doesn't deserve a star at all. My boyfriend and I have been dealing with him for over a year and still is not complete. J Allen Roth bank account was frozen that was an excuse why he didn't start a procedure. And then we have to call and call over and over again to find out what is going on and then we get excuses. A divorce is not that difficult to do. No kids, no assets, no nothing just a simple divorce... I would not recommend at all..
Roth is a compulsive gambler who won't pay attention to what you say, what yoyr case needs, or even where your hearings are scheduled. He's too busy texting his bookie, and surfing porn.
Roth gambles a lot so he needs the cash, if he spent as much time on my case as he did gambling maybe I'd have won.
