I’d like to start this review by saying I am a HUGE fan of J. Alexander’s and have been for 15+ years. However, today I received THE WORST customer service I’ve ever received from the manager. The servers Christine and Issac were amazing, kudos to them! It was the manager on duty, Shawn who made me and my entire party feel not only unwelcome, but also as if we were a burden on his time.
