Arrived a little late but a good service for a minor issue. Friendly and helpful

He came to my home, diagnosed the leak efficiently, and explained the issue along with repair options. James updated my domestic heating system fitting a new water cylinder and radiators to an existing gas boiler. It was an involved challenging job installing a lot of equipment and pipe work into a small cupboard. It was completed to a high standard and I am very pleased with the service provided.
This is no way to run a business! We have a leak above our kitchen ceiling. I asked J Alexander if they could help. They requested a photo of the problem which I sent. I was advised that I would be telephoned. No telephone call. I called again and spoke to someone who took 16 minutes to insert our plumbing problem and our address and postcode into his computer.
