Dr. Frierson examined our newborn in the delivery room. We didn't get to choose the doctor. Following the visit his office sent me to collections twice even after my insurance company paid the bill. I did not recieve proper notification of what was owed to the office. The office manager was unfriendly and unreasonable. This was a horrible experience that took months to resolve. Just decline this doctors assistance and definitely don't seek him out as a pediatrician.

I'd recommend going elsewhere if you can. Dr. Frierson is condescending and lacks listening skills. Unfortunately, it's hard to find a pediatrician that is accepting new patients right now.

I can never say enough words to describe my gratefulness to this doctor and his wife. When I met him, he was new on the circuit. I was living near Longview , WA. My 18mo. old son was diagnosed with a very rare disease called Histiocytosis X which was found at OHSU. I had to travel to Portland often, sometimes spending nights at Doernbecher Hospital. Will never take my kids to him. Having issues with my two months old and he completely disregarded what I had to say and wouldn't explain anything to me. He was rude

Never ever had a problem here as I have in other offices I will never ever take my kids anywhere else. Amazing doctors and staff ❤
