I hired Jeremy to develop a property for me. He went to a few city council meetings and helped me get my property rezoned. After that he set up a company to do a property survey. I’m sure he marked it up because that was $9000! He sent me a bill for $3500 and I paid it also. After that he was suppose to get a building layout and a few other items per our contract.
