i recently purchased my first hot tub from J Adams and Sons, i could not be happier with the experience I've never owned a hot tub before so i had quite a few questions and everyone was extremely helpful patient and knowledgeable. A special thank you to Sheri who was incredibly helpful and made the whole process easy and enjoyable . the delivery guys were fantastic professional friendly and very helpful. I would recommend J Adams and Sons to everyone

Our experience with J Adam's has been phenomenal. Sheri was very informative and patient as we figured out what we wanted. The guys who delivered were wonderful and friendly even in the pouring rain. The two people who came for set up were informative and helpful. And the lady who works at the Sardis location, is very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us learn how to balance our water.
