Our experience with J Adam's has been phenomenal. Sheri was very informative and patient as we figured out what we wanted. The guys who delivered were wonderful and friendly even in the pouring rain. The two people who came for set up were informative and helpful. And the lady who works at the Sardis location, is very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us learn how to balance our water. J Adam and Son were so helpful with our purchase of spa tub... Cristal and Sheri, you guys are amazing.
Unfortunately we have received bad advice twice from this company. The first time they advised me to lower the pool Level at closing even though I had a safety cover. I told them no and you do not do that when you have a safety cover. After arguing with me and eventually calling a pool builder, I was right. I’m glad we didn’t listen to them as that would have been costly. Second time they told us we needed to add a lot of salt to the pool upon opening it for the season.
