We have been dealing with J Adams and sons for years with our pool and hot tub. All staff is very professional and courteous. We recently purchased a brand new hot tub and are so pleased with the service. Sheri assisted us in our purchase and made the experience very smooth. We were pleasantly surprised that they had someone come and show us how to set up chemicals and explain everything about the hot tub. I would highly recommend purchasing and dealing with anyone from J Adams. Thank you for a great experience.
When we decide to replace our old hot tub 3 months ago we shopped around. We finally decided on J Adams they had competitive pricing, informative and very helpful with all our concerns. The purchase, delivery, install and setup couldn't have gone better. Natasha did the orientation and took the time to ensure that we understood everything before she left.
