After our purchase we took the kit home only to find several things missing. That said, the management team was quick to respond and get us the necessary items we needed. They had to bring in (by courier) an items from out of town at their expense.......it's not whether or not you have problems but how you respond when there are challenges!
We purchased a swim spa and love it. The staff was very informative. We received a great price and found the service excellent. The sub trades who installed the swim spa did a fantastic job of placing the unit in a difficult tight spot. Our overall experience in dealing with the staff and sub trades was superb. I would recommend J Adam & Sons Ltd. .to anyone wishing to purchase and have a swim spa installed Grant WIlson, Harrison Hot Springs, BC
We went to 5 other store before going to J. Adams. I’m so glad we did! More than fair price( $7k less than a quote we got for same tub). Fast delivery. Our install location was tricky and they put it place like moving a feather. All team members are awesome. Don’t waste your time driving to different stores. By far the best of everything!
