Used Darcia for my personal and business taxes. Was happy until this year. I have emailed, called, texted several times to be ghosted by my CPA and others that may work there. I regret sending referrals here now. Also to find out by IRS directly that I have been misinformed by my tax preparer and my returns and other forms filed incorrectly not to my benefit. Actually confused why they even have a rating higher than 4. Had my taxes done for the 2023 tax year. Noticed an error and needed the taxes amended. I initially got a hold of them in January 2025 and they requested additional paperwork which I submitted immediately. Got no follow up. After several unanswered voicemails, emails, and texts in the span of 6 months, and even offered to pay for their time, I decided I needed to go elsewhere. This is by far the worst business I’ve ever worked with and the weirdest, most incompetent people I’ve ever met. Darcia and Joe are the dramatic duo that would work each other up to an upset and turned my taxes in to a nightmare. They held my taxes for so long I was working on the next years when they finally decided to submit them.
