I think if your taxes are simple and straightforward, these are your guys. Ours are not, and we met with Joe to go through ours in detail to give him an understanding of how complex they are before 2023 rolled around... I won't go into the detail of all that was incorrect, the amount they said they charge vs. what they actually charged, or how on tax day they stopped responding to us.... honestly, we could've forgiven most of that or the mistakes if it wasn't for this offices utter lack of communication.
