As of today 3-24-2024 My 2017 traverse is being diagnosed with premature trans issue.. i have read all great reviews and many reasons why i chose this place, i will update my review with further information. As of 5-01-2025 Re build transmission still moving strong, had 1 minor hick up with trans had a solenoid making a faint noise . I took it in for inspection, and they were kindly enough to diagnose the issue without any extra payments NOTE : 1 YR WARRANTY OR 12K MILES.. My boyfriend’s cars were repaired here. First- one car had a transmission replaced and two days later the check engine light came on. They never fixed it. 2nd - another car had a check engine light on & all they did was remove the battery, claimed they fixed it. The light came back on the next day. He brought it back and they repeated the same thing twice. He spent over $3k, and nothing was fixed right. The mechanic drove his vehicle 100+ miles. If I could put 0 stars I would, this guy had my car for 2 days and the engine light was still on after me paying $1000 dollars. The mechanic drove my car just to clear the codes and put an extra hundred miles on my vehicle.
