tankless water heater I just had a Rinnai tankless water heater installed by JA Smith. Not only were they courteous and helpful (they interfaced with BG & E to increase my gas line), the work was high quality. Showed up on time, made sure I knew what was involved - no surprises. I am very satisfied and would recommend them for any plumbing job.
Very Happy I have hired J.S. Smith twice now and they do exceptional, quality work. As a matter of fact, both times went above and beyond my expectations. The plumber they sent out knew exactly what the problem was within 2 minutes of hearing my story and had all working perfectly within the hour. The second situation - electrician fixed the problem I was having - noticed a second problem & fixed it for free - which saved me hundreds of dollars. I would highly recommend this company. Knowlegeable, courteous, professional.
Incompetent? Greedy? or BOTH?? Not long after buying my mobile home, I noticed water in a pit under my house. I contacted the park management because I thought one of the many underground springs in the area had bubbled up under my house. Management apparently has a sweetheart deal with J.A. Smith Plumbing, and called them to diagnose the problem. Long story short, they declared that allllll that water came from -- get this -- a LEAKY HOSE PIPE, located 2 or 3 feet AWAY from this hole!
