New to the area and needed an honest mechanic. And wow, do they deliver!! I’ve taken my car there twice already, and I’m extremely pleased with the way they handled everything. They’re reliable, trustworthy and honest. Very grateful that I found these guys!
I've known Chris, the mechanic, for several years. He's done work on my car elsewhere previously, and now he's working at J&A with Gus, for whom he has the utmost respect. I would take my car for repairs with no reservations. If they told me my brakes were "metal on metal", I'd fix them immediately before any lesser issue like a misfire. I was recently at J&A as my friend recommended it for me. I came there with a clear misfire in my engine. But my car was inspected completely and they found that besides the misfire which was caused by the leaking valve cover, my front brakes also were in a bad shape. On the phone I told Gus that I want to repair ONLY the misfire and that's it. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE OWNER HIS FAMILY HIS WORKERS. THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE YOU FEEL AT EASE ABOUT WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH YOUR VEHICLE AND DO NOT CHARGE FOR EXTRA THINGS OR UNNECESSARY ITEMS. THEY ARE VERY HONEST. I AM A TRAVEL NURSE AND STARTED USING THIS MECHANIC BACK IN 2020. HE MADE ME FEEL AT HOME THE FIRST TIME TOLD ME HE WOULD LOOK AT MY CAR AND DIAGNOSE IT FIRST.
