THEY SUCK!! THEY ARE RUDE AND DISRESPECT PEOPLE. THEY DO NOT CARE NOR DO THEY REMEMBER ALL THE CALLS AND EMAILS TO CONFIRM ANYTHING WITH THEM. KIDS RUNNING AROUND THE PLACE THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS. SMELLS LIKE OLD STALE FOOD IN THE STORE. I SAW THEM SITTING AROUND EATING. AGAIN VERY UNPROFESIONAL
I rent my jumpers, tables and chairs, margarita machines from them at lease twice a year and have never had any problems. The staff in the store is friendly and delivery people are fast, friendly and dependable.
I had reservations to rent table linens for a baby shower several weeks in advance. I submitted a contract with my credit card info. We had been corresponding via email on multiple occasions. When I came in town to pick up the linens the morning of the baby shower during regular business hours (they also knew I was coming to pick them up because we discussed it in an email), I come up to the store and there is a sign written in marker on the door that states they are closed for the day until Monday.
