I've called this place for 2 days and left the same message with same person. My message was to please have someone return my calls. After 2 days , I have yet to have my calls returned by anyone. I have 4 cars that I need insurance quotes on. Business must be booming, if they're turning away potential clients. Extremely poor (non)communication!

I was referred to Joe (J&A Insurance) back in 2020 when I opened my business. Joe was able to help with every type of insurance I needed and was very competitive on price. He has always been prompt at returning calls and always helpful. He is one of the better insurance people I have delt with!
