We had an issue with drainage in our basement so we attempted to clean out the line and got the machine stuck. Jerry's communication, response time, and crew were all top notch. They found a completely eroded sewer pipe in our basement. Within 3 hours they found the problem, took up the concrete, repaired the issue, poured new concrete and cleaned up. We cannot thank them or recommend them enough!
I called Jerry and he was out the same day,evaluating the problem. His crew was promptly at my house fixing the drainage problem in no time. Very professional, very quick, and very kind. Thank you so much!
I have had issues with sewer for two months have had numerous of plumbers here none of which did what was needed just doing bandage work! I contacted Jerry Hillis yesterday they got me in and have done what was needed! Went above and beyond to make sure no one is needed out here again. I will recommend him and his team to anyone very very satisfied!
