Place is useless they don't fix anything, it's like a grave yard for machines, bunch of kids doing the work if any work is even done, had mower there for a month and nothing got done but they took my $75 deposit, to let the mower sit there and do nothing, don't return calls, have to keep calling them to hear bs excuses. Long story short I won't be back
They always help me out when I am looking for parts and very helpful to figuring out stuff and the staff is great and really nice and helpful.
Said they would call to confirm price before completing a repair and never called. After picking up the product, it worked for 10 minutes and then jammed again. Don’t waste your time and money going here.
A year ago I brought two Arnes snowblower for a fix and repair. They ended up charging me 1600 and fixed next to nothing. They were in more disrepair then when I brought them in. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Do not waster your money here, they will be basically just steal it.
Fantastic service. Andy and his team did a great job repairing my Troy-Bilt snowblower. Very good communication about timelines, scope of repair and upfront pricing. No surprises. Pick-up and delivery charges were reasonable. Great experience overall and would definitely recommend.
