Said they would call to confirm price before completing a repair and never called. After picking up the product, it worked for 10 minutes and then jammed again. Don’t waste your time and money going here.
A year ago I brought two Arnes snowblower for a fix and repair. They ended up charging me 1600 and fixed next to nothing. They were in more disrepair then when I brought them in. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Do not waster your money here, they will be basically just steal it.
Fantastic service. Andy and his team did a great job repairing my Troy-Bilt snowblower. Very good communication about timelines, scope of repair and upfront pricing. No surprises. Pick-up and delivery charges were reasonable. Great experience overall and would definitely recommend.
Good service and friendly
I’ve purchased a lawn tractor and a snowblower from them that they completely overhauled and gave me a great deal on. They have also serviced three push mowers and a leaf blower and did a fantastic job. They took a refundable deposit in order to diagnose each one and called me with their findings to discuss what my options were.
