the whole staff is horrible trying to communicate. they leave you in the dark with your case and when they do finally call you back its seems as if you are troubling them. be careful with their billing system to me after reviewing my statements I found several billing issues. you don't really need an attorney you can research all questions on the internet. as for myself I'd stay away from this firm if I could do it all over
