Called multiple times. No answer, no call back.
Called to make an appointment, lady was hard to understand over the phone but I gave her my info for someone to come out and quote us. I didn’t get a call till a week later and he said he would come out Saturday at 11. He was a no show, didn’t call, didn’t say he was coming late or just not at all.
Owner came out to take measurements of my driveway and retaining wall. He promised to get me an estimate within 5 days - that never happen. I called ~ 2 weeks later & was told to expect the estimate the next day. 2 more weeks go by - no response. I called again and was told they didn't have time to write it up yet. Apparently they don't need my business. I'm done!
