This shop completely ignored my calls when asking for an estimate. They also misdiagnosed my car. Whole time my transmission was bad and they told me my motor mount and transmission mount was bad. I paid $1,000 for the fix at a different shop for no reason. If you’re a woman, they will completely ignore your requests, and will not listen to what you have to say! My transmission was bad this entire time and now I have to pay $6,000 to replace my engine and transmission both. THANK YOU J&A FOR THE MISDIAGNOSIS!
We have taken our. 03 truck there and now my 2015 jeep. These guys are very nice knowledgeable and fair priced.
Worst place to have your vehicle repaired. Shady owners. They do not believe in helping people. They will take advantage of you. Took a vehicle to have crank shaft sensor replaced and they returned the vehicle leaking oil out of the crankshaft seal. Vehicle was not leaking oil out of seal before they replaced the sensor. Once I pointed it out and they fixed it, they tried to bill me for the damage they caused.
