Many of the glowing reviews are 5 years old -and in that time the quality of the products has declined dramatically. I've had 2 situations in the last year and a half when I had VERY poor quality replacements; one had hair falling out; the other had the texture of horsehair! Now they haven't received hair shipments because of covid so you get whatever they can find lying around.
