worst phone repair I have ever paid for. I brought a s21ultra Samsung in for a screen replacement and back glass. I told them I wanted genuine Samsung parts. they said they could do it by Tuesday. I brought the phone in. On Thursday they called me to say they could not get a genuine screen and that they had a top of the line generic screen. given that I had already waited 2 more days then when they stated it would be done I was q bit annoyed to say the least. he also mentioned that the back glass was only available in black.... read more

Absolutely amazing work. Excellent customer service. I called the owner and he missed my call but returned it within two minutes. He immediately diagnosed what was wrong with my phone and fixed it in about 40 minutes while I went to get a coffee and breakfast. Price was incredibly reasonable. I highly recommend this gentleman’s store, and I’m really happy to be able to support a black owned business. 10/10 experience
