Jared and Roger did an excellent job cleaning our carpets and couch for Izzy Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. They arrived right on time, started with a full walkthrough, and confirmed each area that needed extra attention. Our carpets have been well cared for over the years, and they took notice right away. They pre-treated everything with an enzyme cleaner as requested and were very thorough, especially in the spots under the bed frames where our cats like to hide and where dust, hair, and odors can build up. They worked care... read more

I reached out after a friend suggested getting the carpets cleaned fast so I could turn my Reno rental over quickly. We had never hired a carpet and upholstery cleaning service before, so we were not sure who to choose. The service felt thorough and professional, and you could tell they really care about doing good work and keeping a strong reputati... read more

We’ve had our carpets cleaned several times in two different homes, and this is the only carpet cleaning service that has consistently met and gone beyond our expectations. We tried a couple of other cleaners at random, but the results were below average. Each time, this team came in, corrected the poor carpet work, and restored everything to a much better condition. On our first visit, we had a large paint spill on the carpet and called right away. Within minutes, Roger was already helping us get the carpet treated and clea... read more
