Frederick and Roger did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets. They arrived right on time, and the price was exactly what they had said before. My carpet in Reno was 14 years old and had never been cleaned, but they made it look almost brand new. They managed to get out tough stains like rust, ink, and food spots. I scheduled a deep carpet cleaning for my car using their online booking, which was really easy and convenient. They were very professional and sent me a text when Roger was on his way. Roger knew exactly how to handle tough stains and even got old gum out of my car’s carpet and seats. I could pay right through the technician’s app, which made everything simple. I manage an after school and summer camp in Reno, and we needed some deep carpet cleaning in five of our classrooms. There were a lot of stains, and the carpets needed some serious attention. I reached out for help, and Jared was incredibly helpful. He did an excellent job making our carpets look fresh and clean again.
