Jared was fantastic. He called ahead to let me know he could arrive a little earlier than expected, which was a surprise at first, but I really appreciated the heads up. I really appreciate Derek. I spent hours trying to clean a 1200 sq/ft apartment carpet with a rental machine, but I still could not get it to the level I wanted. Then I called for professional carpet cleaning, and Derek was able to treat several tough stained areas and bring the carpet back to a much better condition. We were really impressed with the two technicians who came to our home for the carpet cleaning. Frederick and Derek did an excellent job, and they were some of the most polite and professional people we have worked with in a long time.
