I called to set up an appointment for 2 scans. I waited for 10 minutes for somebody to answer and finally opted for a call-back. This means I had to have my phone with me every second and everywhere lest I miss this important call. They called back the next day and we scheduled a tentative appointment 2 WEEKS out (MSU used to be 1 to 2 days).
