Literally some of the best sushi I've ever had, and a ton of unique rolls, dan approves
Everytime I order from here it is never ready when I get there. 15 minutes becomes 39 minutes or more. The restaurant isn't busy by any means so it's pretty frustrating but tonight took the cake when after 35 minutes, 20 of which I waited at the restaurant for, I finally asked how much longer and was told oh just waiting on the sushi it'll be 10 minutes. I ordered two rolls and edamame.....
The Pad See Ew was delicious and this restaurant has a spacious, cool interior. Our server could’ve been a little more attentive—I understand not wanting to helicopter your table but it wasn’t busy and we felt kind of ignored. Also, the yellow vegetable curry was good but the ratio of broccoli to the rest of the veggies was somewhat ridiculous, and the sweet potato roll was stale. My cousin recommended Izumi because she said the food was fantastic, so I selected it for a celebration honoring my husband. From beginning to end, the experience exceeded my expectations.
