I wish i could give more stars. Employees are all lovely, and they were the only ones that recognized my heater "malfunction" was only a small hidden tripped circuit that no one else saw (3 other providers missed it). Flip of a switch and we were back in business. I was told everything from the circuit board was blown out to I had to replace the whole heater ranging from $1000 to $20k.
