Yoga Nidra was one of the best gifts I've ever given my healing body and soul. Claudia Gukeisen is a gifted healer. She has a kind heart and a nurturing spirit. Her soothing, warm and sweet voice envelopes you during an entire hour of the deepest state of relaxation one may experience short of rem sleep. And all you have do is lay back in a comfy chair, close your eyes and let the magic happen. I am thrilled that I gave this practice a try. This experience has and continues to be an ongoing blessing.

I wish to share that every time I walk in the door, I feel a nurtured, I have received sessions from other accomplished practitioners who work here. I feel very lucky to offer sessions and workshops in such an uplifting space in such a great location.
