The primary person with me was very polite, thoughtful and caring. She was personable and really helped me to relax. She also discussed important details with me and contacted the pharmacist and the doctor to help get me information about the headaches and body aches I have experienced after the start of each of my Remicade infusions. Unfortunately, I forgot her name but she was wonderful!
