Izella was wonderful.. She explained to me in detail of my tax issues with the government. I scheduled to see her again to represent me as a tax lawyer. If you have a tax issue, I would recommend scheduling an appointment to see her.
I had three years of back taxes to do urgently due to an USCIS application in transit; Miss Izella reviewed all my paperwork of three years, told me her reasonable fee and started to work right away. In three days, I had filled both Federal and State taxes successfully with her help. I had my daughter’s taxes also filed on time in a day; all this a single work of Ms. Izella. She checks on me, she speaks to the IRS for me. I recommend highly Miss Izella to anyone in need of IRS assistance. 💙
Izella is detail oriented, follows up regularly with both my wife and I as well with all tax agencies. I can only describe her as a "pit bull" looking for a bone. She is also VERY patient with us and helps with all documentary requirements. I highly recommend her .
I sent a message asking for some sense of what the service costs. She called to schedule an appointment and refused to give any kind of estimate. She insisted that I set an appointment to meet in person. I kept asking what that appointment would cost and she said she could only give me an estimate if I set an appointment and met in person. Felt like a scam
