This place was Great! Altho I scheduled an online appointment on a Saturday to fix a Samsung Galaxy cell phone screen malfunction with Ubreakifix, when I got there it was closed! So I drove straight to Device Dr - they diagnosed & explained the problem quickly, & their price to replace the screen was very reasonable. Plus, even tho they had to get the part from Waterbury, they got it in less than 2 hours, & even stayed late so I could pick it up after 8pm the same night! I can’t say enough good things about Device Doctor! My phone was completely destroyed, and they went above and beyond to help me recover and transfer all of my data to my new phone. They even used a temporary screen so I could access my broken phone and transfer everything. They made the whole process so easy and stress-free, and I’m incredibly appreciative of their help. Highly recommend!
I thought my phone was done he fixed my phone while we sat there in 10 minutes it’s now working like new, great price for the repair, and highly discounted cases and screen protectors. Can’t say enough good things about this place!!
