These fools are something else... They got scammed, sent proceeds to some random person in Alabama. Proceeded to hire the resident genius level attorney to call and blame me. Tells me "I'm the victim of fraud." They clearly do not understand fiduciary responsibility. To make things worse they refused to communicate with me about it until I hired an attorney, then they quietly paid the correct mortgage company. In the end they took care of it, as they should have, BUT not until I had come out of pocket. NEVER USE THEM.
