We are a locally owned chocolate maker and confectioner. We produce high-end quality dark chocolate and caramels. Started in 2014 by Nathaniel Izard, Izard Chocolate is the only bean-to-bar chocolate maker in central Arkansas.

I have not visited this business and didn't even know of its existence until receiving their chocolate bars as a Christmas gift. Wow!!! It is so good!!!

I stopped by for the first time recently and had a very pleasant time. Nathaniel Izard, the proprietor, showed me the cacao they import and explained the process of making chocolate. Another employee, a young lady, was working on a batch of caramels. I have really been enjoying the coffee-inspired chocolate bar I purchased.
