My boyfriend got his haircut today and when he came home we were shocked to discover he had a chunk of the back of his head shaved off! It seems unlikely the barber wouldn’t have noticed this mistake, however she l said nothing to him and he left paying full price and tip assuming he got a great haircut. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest behavior. We will be requesting a full refund and he will be finding a new barber who values honesty with their customers.
Went yesterday and had a great experience. All around wonderful staff and my haircut looked exactly how I imagined. Thanks you guys!!
