Stopped in for a quick lunch, and wow, was I impressed! The restaurant is owned by a Japanese chef from Kanagawa Prefecture, and the menu, while small, is exceptionally well curated. It offers a thoughtful selection of dishes that appeal to both Japanese and Canadian palates. They also have an excellent beer and sake selection, which I'll definitely be exploring on my next visit.
