Great neighborhood restaurant. The food was delicious - we had a couple of their bigger rolls, a toro special, some starters and cold soba with some house sake. Everything was really good. The staff was very friendly m, fast, and attentive. I’d just say the vibe was more of a weekday dinner or hanging out with friends kind of atmosphere- I wouldn’t bring a date here. But for some delicious food with a more casual atmosphere it’s absolutely perfect!
I did an online order for a salmon don and added ikura (extra $3). Unfortunately, for $22, the bowl was not worth the price. Salmon was measly and thinly cut. They also added like a minuscule drop of ikura, which is a shame considering we have to pay extra for it—I’m talking around a quarter of a teaspoon. Taste was good, but I was still quite hungry afterwards. Avoid if you’re looking for nicely portioned and appropriately priced sashimi bowls.
