The restaurant was understaffed. There were open seats but we were literally waiting at the door for 15 mins and all staff saw us and did not even greet us. Would not recommend and was really disappointed by their service.

I ordered a Wagyu and got only the fatty pieces. That was disappointing.
UPDATE: supervisor was so rude and full of attitude, not worth returning after that bad experience. 10/10, so happy to discover supa banana! Quality of food, attention to flavor combo is definitely noticed. Service is awesome and environment is clean/modern.
Not happy with the service from one of the waiters here. He’s very rude and others have mentioned the same in recent reviews. We won’t be coming back as long as he continues to serve us.
