Not reliable or professional at all. **WOULD NOT RECOMMEND** Jen does not communicate. I booked services with them and paid in full a whole week before they were supposed to come clean. every time they were suppose to show up they never did and I always had to call her, she never called to say they weren't going to come. I am a realtor and needed a house cleaned before my clients could move in. I can not thank Izabella's cleaning enough! She responded right away to my inquiry and was at the house cleaning the next day. They transformed a dirty house to look spotless! I will definitely be using them again.
Don’t let this people into your home. The owner Jennifer Boyd is a big fraud. I made the big mistake to pay a deposit of $200 using cash app. She said she will send me a confirmation. Confirmed that she will be there before 11. Showed up 12 noon. I sent her a message letting her know my carpet was cleaned and I will need to renegotiate also based on their lateness.
