I have been coming here since they opened. Iz and his sister usually do my eyebrows and Fatima I believe her name is today I left crying , the new lady LAYLA messed my eyebrows up so bad pulled a chunk of hair off of one side and made the other eyebrow shorter and took down the top part of my eyebrow like whyyyyyy … So disappointing to have someone that doesn’t know the art of eyebrows doing this to people

I've been coming here since this location opened. And over the last few months, the quality has gone down a lot from what it used to be. It's time for me to look for a new place. I came today around 2 and this is the 3rd time the lady who did my eyebrows today finishes super fast and leaves hairs everywhere. She seems like she really doesn't care. IZ usually does a great job and so does Fatimah and the other lady but I hate paying $20+ for my eyebrows to not be done well.

I usually go with the lady that used to work there, but I guess she left so now I decided to let someone new do my eyebrows and they made them too thin and asymmetrical. I asked for a natural and masculine look, got this instead. Very disappointed.

The guy does great but the lady did a horrible job on my daughters eyebrows. It’s so unfortunate because I feel like eyebrows are so important and this lady works very carelessly.
