***PLEASE READ, and FOLLOW UNCLEAR DIRECTIONS*** I wasted a lot of time and money on this visit. I reserved an appointment and received several emails about it, including a reminder on the day. When I arrived, the greeting was minimal and the staff seemed indifferent. I was told my technician was “working at another salon today in Atlanta,” which already raised questions since my appointment showed as confirmed. This review is regarding the unprofessionalism. By the pictures work looks good. But professionalism is poor. Website states clients have 24 hours to reschedule. I notified within that timeframe, but the appt was canceled under the 24hr window, where the link couldn't be used to reschedule. I Texted and Called and left a vm, no response within 24 hours as the website states and no response at All. I even waited days.. to see if I would be contacted back before leaving a review.
