My website went down. They cant fix it and wont call us back
Give Stacy Turrittin (in billing), a raise she is amazing and a pleasure to work with. She is why I keep my account. Great system and platform but Stacy makes it pleasurable to pay a bill. Lol.
Unfortunately I must leave a negative review. I disregarded the reviews from 2024 and prior. Kelly and Brad were great! Everything and one was horrible. Over 2.5 days and I have had to keep calling to get the next steps. One hand doesn’t talk to the next hand. Stay away. Stay away. Stay away. No matter what you think stay away! No matter how good it looks. Stay away!!! None of it is correct!
Being a customer of Ixact Contact for many years, the customer service has always been exactly what I ask for. I am especially happy they respond to your request quickly.. No one wants to wait a day or two to get a response. When you need help, you need help. Thank you for your always professional attitudes and service
