Terrible company, Idx is horrendous. Would never recommend any realtor to use this crm and the IDX broker feature is garbage
I have been an iXact contact Morris Marketing Client for over 10 years. If things don't soon change I will be no longer be using them. I use this service to market my Real Estate business. Their website solution is a little clunky but it used to get the job done. Now I have listings which aren't displayed on my website. They aren't even searchable. I had a the worst experience with the product itself and the support. 1. Only options available from the IDX is futureed propertyies and search. The support team is bouncing you between idx broker and ixact contact making excuses that they are sister companies. 2. Customer support most of the time unavailable and they have many rude support team members. 3. Give Stacy Turrittin (in billing), a raise she is amazing and a pleasure to work with. She is why I keep my account. Great system and platform but Stacy makes it pleasurable to pay a bill. Lol.
