This CRM and company is a scam. I joined it for a trial then it was no way to unsubscribe until you email them
I have been a customer for approx. 15 years and the customer and the customer service has gone from 5 stars to ZERO!!! Never can you get an email or call response....I am a sucker i guess that I put up with it for 3 years. Very unnerving that they have your CRM if this is the Poor Service!
You have to email support & fill out a google questionnaire in order to cancel your free trial.
Ive been a member for 5 years and was extremely happy with them. Sadly, the support has went to ZERO!!! No technical support.
Simply put, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I do not recommend this CRM.
