We interviewed multiple contractors to remove several support posts and replace with a large beam in our open floor plan house. IX Property Solutions not only came in with a very competitive bid, but also convinced us they had the expertise to undertake this major project in our renovation. IX property solutions added a 4 season room to our home in Mansfield, Ohio. This is a top notch company. They were on time did excellent work and when finished, it was like they were never here. Definitely ghosted my projects for a whole year. They have several full rehab. And he kept ghosting us and we were stuck with his scope of work eventually called someone else and got the job done but definitely would not recommend
