George and his crew at IX Property Solutions have done a few jobs for us over the years but most recently, they built a roof over our deck in German Village. If you're not familiar with German Village, every change to the exterior to your home requires approval from the GV Commission. IX property solutions did a great job on our home . From floors to new bathroom vanities to reworking our kitchen and adding a window to really open the space up . They did it all ! Their work was timely and they left absolutely no mess ! They were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them
George and team did an excellent job repairing and updating our back porch in German Village. He helped us navigate the German Village commission, providing clear explanations of all the work. (Those who live here know what a big deal that is.) He also offered to help out with a few smaller items for cost, just because it would help bring everything together nicely. Very happy with this crew and our now-level and stable porch!
We found George's company just through searches and recommendations around the area. We spoke with a half dozen or so different companies, and George was the only one who worked with us in thinking through what was both plausible and reasonable. He helped come up with a bunch of little changes to our designs and thoughts that ended up saving us a lot over what other companies were planning.
