Always have the best experience! Maggie, Lash, everyone in salon. . . Love them all! Maggie and Lash are so knowledgeable. I never question what Maggie is doing. Walk out loving my hair every visit! She is wonderful at taming my wild mane and keeping my color great!
Tried to book a hair appointment, but was unsuccessful. I called in, the automated answer machine said that I needed to text the number I just called to book if I didn’t have a stylist to contact. Well, as new client I in fact do not already have a stylist. So I texted & never heard back. I found somewhere else though, the new salon at Publix just around the corner!

Be ware of ALLIE LOVELACE at IX Artistry The WORST customer service I ever had, if there is less that ZERO star I would give it to ALLIE. I had an appointment at 03:00 she texted me at 02:50 saying that she is ruining 20 minutes late (which is completely fine) but she didn’t start working on my hair until 03:50 so basically I had to wait almost an hour.
