The worst service experience I've had. I got my Samsung Galaxy S6 screen replaced which was quoted to me to take max 1 1/2 hours and it took two days. He did not call me to let me know that it was going to take an extra day because the first screen didn't work. There was no one at the kiosk to offer service so I waited for 30 minutes. I was given an iPhone for the day with a charger. I went back the next day and to 'make up' for taking forever he offered to put a silicon screen protector on it for free so I agreed.
