I didn’t have to wait for more than 10 minutes to be taken back and the same while waiting for the Dr. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. They also set me up with resources to help with my recovery
I went to the Washington street location in downtown Peoria. The staff was very friendly and the place was very clean. All of the staff joked around with you and made you feel more at ease throughout the appointment. I would definitely come back here again: I do not know where all of these negative reviews are coming from because I had nothing but a positive experience.
If your company sends you to IWIRC then go. Be sure to get a workers compensation claim number from them. When you leave go straight to your own doctor and be done with IWIRC as they will jack you around as long as they can. It took me a month to get them to send me for an MRI, I had to ask them three or four times for an MRI.
