I am back in the area and hoped Iwi Fresh would still be thriving after the passing of its founder, Yolanda Owens. She was a wondrous lady. I do hope those she left behind have found peace and solace. Also, if it is in your heart to continue this legacy business, know you have a loyal patron in me. Blessings to all who read this. I ordered from them before they shut down and never received my product. I was in communication with them on Instagram and Maya even called me a few times to promise to send my products, she even had me send her my order confirmation and receipt. Never received my order and she stopped answering my calls. The thing that got me is that when I went to dispute the charge, she had the nerve to challenge it and say I willingly paid so it wasn’t fraud. Couldn’t respond to me yet attempted to keep my money. I absolutely love their products, however I do think it is very unprofessional to shut down the website without informing the public of what is happening. The lack of communication is disappointing. I will definitely miss using your products.

I received a $200 gift card to this place as a birthday gift. This place is no longer in business but has not updated any customers on social media or thier website to inform people. This is extremely unprofessional and im extremely disappointed. At least close down your website or put a disclaimer letting people know your only selling products. How can I trust any of your products if your taking money from people and not reimbursing it knowing you have gone out of business.
