Scam warranty!! Watch broke and they say I never registered it. Horrible watches and even worse service! Don’t recommend them

It was a pleasure to finally meet James after many watch purchases over the phone. I love returning to the city and I think the new boutique is fantastic. I truly value my relationship with James, the NYC Boutique and IWC. I look forward to may trips back. Love the Lake Tahoe BTW!
