My fiancé and I had an awesome experience working with James picking out a watch to celebrate our engagement! We ultimately got a portofino moonphase watch (that James had acquired from out of the country) which was exactly the piece we were looking for. We loved the service he provided and he made the overall experience much more pleasurable than most of the other watch brands. We will probably come back in the future for another look too :)
I bought the Pilot's watch wtih two pairs leather straps in this flagship boutique. I started to wear the second leather strap a week ago and it almost immediated cracked near the case. I brough it to the boutique to repair/to replace. The repair person at the boutique told that this is the issue with the design as the strap is too close to the watch case.
