My mom’s blood pressure suddenly spiked so I called the clinic and I was able to make the same day appointment for them to see her. They made sure everything was fine and they took care of her really well. When I called to set up the appointment, they asked what insurance we have and I told them about it and they said fine and scheduled the appointment. When we went in for the appointment they said we don't take that insurance but we're happy to still see you for $300. Such a waste of time. I came here because of the great reviews but unfortunately I did not have a 5 star experience. If you have a serious matter that needs urgency and attention; this is not the place for you. It takes forever to get a referral and you will be the one that has to constantly call for an update; appointments were messed up and the office seemed unorganized. The NP’s are not equipped to deal with serious issues. They basically read the info from a sheet of paper- not instilling confidence in their patients at all. I came here ... read more
