IWC is a great local medical clinic! They are very professional, yet they still maintain a personalized approach to everyone’s care. It’s really nice to feel like your medical provider isn’t just checking the box and they are genuinely interested in my health. Love this place.
When I called to set up the appointment, they asked what insurance we have and I told them about it and they said fine and scheduled the appointment. When we went in for the appointment they said we don't take that insurance but we're happy to still see you for $300. Such a waste of time. Edit: A manager at the office called me, literally screaming at me for leaving this review because in my review, I didn't mention that they also tried to give me the number to another practice that takes my insurance and I didn't take it a... read more
I came here because of the great reviews but unfortunately I did not have a 5 star experience. If you have a serious matter that needs urgency and attention; this is not the place for you. It takes forever to get a referral and you will be the one that has to constantly call for an update; appointments were messed up and the office seemed unorganized. The NP’s are not equipped to deal with serious issues. They basically read the info from a sheet of paper- not instilling confidence in their patients at all. I came here ... read more
