Panel out and talked to the one rep on duty. Asked her how we could open our doors if we could not activate online. She said you would have to talk to a tech who comes in at 8:30 and her words were, I can't make a tech call you. It's 10:39 and no call.
Iwatch Security was acquired by Frontpoint and immediately customer service became atrocious and features of my Alarm.com platform and security implementation became unusable. This company now just like ADT and other nationwide providers and should be avoided at all costs. Also, the 5 star reviews are from prior to the sale of this company to Frontpoint. A quick Reddit search will show overwhelmingly negative experiences with this company and Iwatch is now just another arm of them and are not a locally owned provider.
ZERO stars if we could! They make more excuses than any vendor we've ever done business with! They lie like a rug. Beware.
