I had Durkin Construction come to my house on Dean St. Everett and was quoted what i feel was a fair price lowest of all three estimates i got. They did the deck and siding work in the time quoted and with quality parts and performance i will not call anyone else in future Durkin is my Construction go to in the future i am extremely happy with all aspects of job. Beware, super unprofessional and not very honest. Quoted me $900 to explore for water damage, pull up boards of deck, and replace. I paid too early. He ended up cutting a small hole in the bedroom ceiling under the deck, concluding there was no water damage, then trying to charge me hundreds of dollars more to fix the hole. Cared more about money than an honest transaction or customer satisfaction.
